Course Objectives

On completion of this course, participants will be able to:

• Carry out pre-use checks
• Refuel/recharge MEWP’s safely
• Operate a MEWP safely, reducing the risk of damage or injury to operators and pedestrians Use safe operating techniques
• Correctly position MEWP’s in relation to task requirements
• Identify hazards associated with the use of MEWP
• Identify the maximum load that the MEWP will support

Certification

On completion of the training, a Shorcontrol Safety Certificate will be issued, which is valid for 3 years.
