Aims:

This Level 2 QNUK accredited course focuses on developing the skill to engage someone with a potential mental health condition and signpost him/her towards the proper help. The duration of this course is a full day, where candidates will be given skills on how to engage empathically and non-judgementally and reach out to those who have or may be developing a mental health condition. This course is ideal for management to help and support mental health in the workplace.
